Some little time after lunch

It's been awhile since my last post.
It's 29-Jan-2015, sunny.

And we have come to semester breaks, money digging time! I had found some part time job. I'd get a job working for 10 days, promoting and selling bird nest at Queensbay Mall, Penang. I work under this company called Freshnest. They are truly bird nest manufacturer. I've learned a lot from them even I haven't start working. Then, unexpectedly, I've been recommended to another job at City Hotel, Penang. A job which I never try before, looking forward. I felt quite uneasy at first when I apply for this job, to try something I never tried before, to take the possibility of being a potato. However, as usual, the fearless side of me take over, brings out courage, that's how I be brave. Another crazy attempt I've done is looking for freelance writer job. I've inquire for a short story writer job for a news website. Crazily I sent in one writing (will share here in the next post). Of course I didn't get that job, LOL, Syed (the person in charge) commented that my story was funny but vague, which I think it is because he didn't read about the news I've based on, and couldn't get it. By the way, nice try Charmaine <3

During my holiday, I have done completing my puzzle and framed it, hang it up. It is prettily decorating my room now. It's a 300 pieces jigsaw puzzle I got from Jigsaw Puzzle World at Midvalley, Kuala Lumpur. It cost me RM99.00 which is a lot for a poor student like me, but its quality is super nice! This genuine puzzle comes with a pack of glue and applicator inside. Who can resist a Studio Ghibli art? 
I have been working out lately, one of my goal, our goal. To have that beautiful figure I had desired for so long. Finally putting it into action, consistent action. I have been working out everyday, partially because I'm free. I couldn't promise that this habit will continue when I'm in university, but I hope it will. I have pick out work outs that I think suits me the best and I enjoyed. I discovered that, I like working out. =) 
These are some workout I had keep on doing:
Standing Abs routine (know it from youtube)
Oblique crunch
Oblique planks
Planks
Mountain Climbers
Push ups
Heel touch
Starfish crunch
Butterfly crunch
Kneeling leg lifts
Bridge
Squats
I can really feel my muscle while doing these. Know them mostly from youtube channel XHIT. 
I've learned about HIIT(High intensity interval training) too, which is very fat burning.
